As the Founder and Managing Partner of FCB Law, Atty. Francesco Britanico brings 19 years of practice with deep litigation expertise across Family, Civil, Property, Corporate, Inheritance, and Intellectual Property Law. Today, he directs the firm's strategic practice, managing over 450 active cases and representing prominent corporate clients.
Under his leadership, FCB law has achieved landmark milestones in cross-border and complex legal matters.
FCB Law became the first known law office in the Philippines to successfully conclude an International Parental Child Abduction case under the Hague Convention. His practice also focuses on resolving complex cross-border estate and succession disputes for former Filipinos and residents abroad. Acting as Corporate Secretary to various local corporations and as Resident Agent to several foreign corporations, he actively guides both local and foreign investors through business formation, regulatory compliance, and market entry in the Philippines.
Aside from writing frequently on FCB website’s blog, he has contributed to Rappler, Lexology, Dubai OFW, and Pilipino Express among other online and print publications. He maintains a YouTube channel and a LinkedIn account as he believes that a better understanding of Philippine laws can only happen with accurate and practical information.
Beyond courtroom representation, Atty. Britanico extends his practice to public advocacy through regular nationwide radio appearances. By delivering clear, accessible legal advice over the airwaves, he empowers everyday citizens to better understand and resolve their legal concerns.
